To become a member, an aspirant is requested to complete a membership application form and send it to the Secretariat through the General Secretary. Upon satisfaction of the conditions for membership as explained in previous sections, the applicant is advised to pay an annual membership fee. Once the payment is paid, the applicant becomes a member is assigned a membership number. Such a member enjoys all membership benefits.
Membership is valid from the time of payment to June 30 the following year. PRSM’s financial year runs from July to June the following year.
